AEOS provides the foundation for managing access permissions and events. FTF International AG video analytics can add camera-based information to security workflows. TTT designs and tests the connections based on the specific system versions, interfaces and on-site requirements.
We integrate FTF WORK/IQP event detection and monitoring capabilities with operator verification and predefined response procedures. Integration feasibility is checked during the assessment.

AEOS installation and commissioning
We install and configure the system to the agreed design and verify access workflows. Handover includes documentation of operator responsibilities and operational settings.
Migration from existing systems
We assess which devices, data and permissions can be retained, then plan the transition. Compatibility and operational migration requirements are established by examining the existing system.
HR, visitor management, VMS and building management integration
We design the required connections for personal data, permissions and events. Available functionality is checked against system versions, APIs, interfaces and licences; data exchange and error handling are tested.
Maintenance, SLA and local support
We agree maintenance responsibilities, fault reporting channels and support hours. Response times, escalation procedures and on-site attendance terms are defined in the service level agreement (SLA).
Training and operational assistance
